NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SERVICE CONDITIONS:
If any employer intends to effect any change in the conditions of service applicable to any workman in respect of matter (specified in schedule iv of the ID Act) shall give notice in Form E (Please See Form E) |

The notice shall be displayed by the employer on a notice board at the main entrance to the Establishment. |

If the workman belongs to any trade union, a copy of the notice shall also be served upon the secretary of such union. |

NOTICE OF STRIKE
Notice of Strike to be given by Workmen in a Public Utility Service shall be in Form 2. | |
On receipt of a Notice Of Strike, the employees shall forthwith intimate the fact to the Conciliation Officer having jurisdiction in the matter. |

NOTICE OF RETRENCHMENT
Notice in Form P shall be given to the Labour Commissioner if any employer desires to retrench ;any workman employed in his industrial establishment who has been in continuous service for not less than one year, by registered post in the following manner.
Where notice is given to the workman, notice of retrenchment shall be sent within three days from the date on which notice is given to workman ;
Where no notice is given to the workman and he is paid one month’s wages in line thereof, notice of retrenchment shall be sent within 3 days from the date on which such wages are paid.
Where retrenchment is carried out under an agreement which specifies a date for termination of service, notices of retrenchment shall be given at least one month before such date.
(Provided that if the date of termination of service agreed upon is within 30 days of the agreement, notice of retrenchment shall be sent within 3 days of agreement)

The employer of every establishment to which Andaman And Nicobar Islands P.G Rules 1973 is applicable shall submit Notice Of Opening in Form’A’ to the Controlling Authority (ALC) within 30 days. |

If any change has to be made in the name, address, employer or nature of business notice in Form ‘B’ shall be submitted within 30 days to the Controlling Authority (ALC). |

If any employer intends to close the business, he shall submit a notice in Form ‘C’ at least 60 days before the intended closure to the Controlling Authority(ALC) |

NOTICE OF HOLIDAY UNDER THE W.H. ACT,1942
Notice of holiday for the shops and commercial establishments shall be in Form ‘A’ |
Notice of holiday for hotels, restaurants, and theatres shall be in Form’B’ |
A copy of either of the notices and an intimation of all changes made therein shall be sent immediately to the Inspector. |
NOTICE OF LOCKOUT
Every employer carrying on a Public Utility Service shall give Notice of lockout in Form M. | |
When a registered trade union exists, a copy of the notice shall be served on the Secretary of the Union. | |
The notice shall be displayed conspicuously by the employer on a notice board at the main entrance to the Establishment. |
