TERMINATION CASES

 

A FORMAL DISPUTE CAN BE RAISED BY THE WORKMEN AGAINST HIS TERMINATION, DISMISSAL OR DISCHARGE OF HIS SERVICE
APPLICATION HAS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE DETAILS IN THE PROFORMA (SEE PROFORMA)
ON  RECEIVING THE APPLICATION THE CONCILIATION OFFICER SHALL EXAMINE THE APPLICATION AND ISSUE LETTERS TO THE OPPOSITE PARTIES FOR CONCILIATION
BOTH THE PARTIES WILL GET EQUAL OPPORTUNITY OF BEING HEARD UNBIASED

NON IMPLEMENTATION OF SETTLEMENT OR AWARD

 

IF ANY EMPLOYER COMMITS BREACH OF ANY TERM OF SETTLEMENT OR AWARD SHALL MAKE AN APPLICATION TO THE CONCILIATION OFFICER

SUBMIT APPLICATION IN PROFORMA
THE MATTER SHALL BE INVESTIGATED BY THE CONCILIATION OFFICER
  

 

 

 

 

 

ANY DISPUTE INDUSTRIAL WITH THE EMPLOYER
A FORMAL DISPUTE CAN BE RAISED BY A WORKMAN BEFORE THE CONCILIATION OFFICER
BY INDIVIDUAL WORKMAN IF THE DISPUTE IS REGARDING DISMISSAL DISCHARGE OR ANY TERMINATION OF HIS SERVICE
APPLICATION TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE DETAILS IN THE PROFORMA (SEE PROFORMA)
THROUGH ANY REGISTERED TRADE UNION IF THE DISPUTE IS WITH REGARD TO OTHER TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ETC
